Plaintiffs instituted this suit for recovery of damages in the sum of $44,313.69, allegedly representing crop loss and insect control costs incurred as a result of the alleged exposure of plaintiffs' 1974 cotton crop to certain chemicals negligently applied by defendants on property belonging to Windsor Properties, Inc.
