Plaintiff appeals from a declaratory judgment entered May 24, 1977, wherein the trial court decided that a household exclusionary clause in the motor vehicle liability insurance policy of defendant with plaintiff was invalid and that plaintiff was under a duty to defend an action brought against defendant by his then wife, Bernadette Marie DeFrain.
