This is a breach of contract action arising out of an agreement to transfer a refuse collection business. The case was tried before the court without a jury. After hearing all the testimony, the trial judge determined that an oral agreement between plaintiff and defendant which plaintiff sought to have enforced was superseded by and integrated into a subsequent written agreement, and that the terms of the written agreement were controlling...
