Defendants, Joe Ishman and Reginald Bogay, bring this appeal from judgments entered by the circuit court of St. Clair County finding them guilty of the offense of murder following separate jury trials. The sole issue presented by defendants is whether the office of the public defender was per se in conflict of interest in representing both defendants.
