(Rexnord), a supplier of materials for use in the construction of a sewage treatment plant for the Mid-Mon Valley Water Pollution Control Authority, filed this action in assumpsit against Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers), surety on the labor and materialmen's payment bond.
