Defendant's first assignment of error is directed to two allegedly leading questions directed to Betty, the prosecuting witness, and to two such questions directed to the witness, Lois Lowery.

We see no merit to this assignment.

The trial court has discretionary authority to permit leading questions in proper instances, and absent a showing of prejudice the discretionary action of the trial...
