Plaintiff appeals a March 30, 1977 order by the Oakland County Circuit Court which granted defendants' motion for accelerated judgment. The defendants in their motion for accelerated judgment claimed that the plaintiff's suit was barred by the malpractice statute of limitations, MCL 600.5805(3); MSA 27A.5805(3). Doctors Kawecki and Tabor based their motion for accelerated judgment on the fact that their last contact with the plaintiff's decedent...
