Spickler, the appellant here, as one of the defendants in a civil action brought in the Superior Court (Cumberland County) by the appellees herein, George and Gertraud Brengelmann, filed a counterclaim against the Brengelmanns as the plaintiffs in the action. After a trial, and in accordance with amendments made by an order dated September 2, 1977, judgment was entered for the Brengelmanns against the defendants, including defendant Spickler...
