GILBERT, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Cole Porter, in his well-known song, "I Get a Kick Out of You," proclaimed that "[s]ome get a kick from cocaine." This appeal arises from the arrest and conviction of some suppliers of that "kick."
