This is a petition for certiorari seeking to review a decree of the Probate Court of the City of Cranston granting four petitions of the respondents for leave to file claims out of time against the petitioners. We issued the writ and directed the parties to discuss, among other issues, whether G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 33-11-5 is constitutional in that it grants no appellate review of an order or decree granting a petition...
