This matter involves appeals in two separate but identical actions for damages for injuries sustained when the plaintiffs, Kreft and Williams, sustained injuries in the crash of an aircraft leased from the defendants Fisher Aviation, Inc. and Robert Fisher, and manufactured by the defendant Piper Aircraft Corporation.
