The primary point for our determination in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court of Dade County erred in dismissing these six consolidated cases on the ground of forum non conveniens.

The causes of action dismissed were actions in negligence brought by appellants against appellees for the wrongful death of three of the parties and for serious injuries caused to the other parties when appellees' tractor-trailer collided with the automobile...
