These three cases involve common issues and were consolidated for argument. In each case the employer, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, appeals from a decree of the full Workmen's Compensation Commission affirming a trial commissioner's decree granting the petition of the employee to enforce the provisions of a preliminary agreement requiring payment of weekly disability benefits.
