SCOTT, Justice.
This is an appeal by plaintiff Vernon R. Beck from a judgment entered pursuant to an order of the district court granting the motion of defendant First National Bank of Minneapolis (Bank) for summary judgment and denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in an action for usury under the National Bank Act, 12 U.S.C. §§ 85, 86.
