Appellant Wade Brian Hunt was charged with one count of burglary and two counts of furnishing drugs. Appellant's motion to sever the burglary count from the counts on furnishing drugs was granted. Appellant was then convicted of first-degree burglary, A.R.S. § 13-301, and in a later trial was also found guilty of two counts of furnishing narcotic drugs. A.R.S. § 36-1002.02.
