GRADY, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this action under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, seeking access to background investigation information obtained by the Secret Service pursuant to plaintiff's application for employment.
