Failure to Satisfy Rule 9(b)

Rule 9(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requires that "[I]n all averments of fraud . . ., the circumstances constituting fraud . . . shall be stated with particularity." The allegations of fraud in the present complaint are so devoid of detail as to deprive the defendants
