This is an action for ejectment, quiet title, declaratory judgment and specific performance. Plaintiff-appellant, Mohave County (County), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, brought suit to recover 264.8 acres of land, alleging that the defendant-appellee, Mohave-Kingman Estates, an Arizona corporation, had breached the terms of a written agreement.
