This is a criminal prosecution for illegal importation of marijuana before the Dade County Circuit Court. The defendant was convicted as charged upon his nolo contendere plea which was entered with the specific reservation that he could appeal to this court the trial court's denial of his pre-trial motion to suppress certain evidence.
