This interlocutory appeal by plaintiff is from an order granting defendant's motion to dismiss her complaint for lack of jurisdiction over the subject matter.

Appellees having confessed error and joined with appellant in urging reversal of the order appealed, we reverse and remand the cause for further proceedings.
