By this appeal, the appellant seeks to review an order of the trial court which summarily denied his motion to vacate pursuant to Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850.

The principal thrust of his sworn motion is that upon conferring with the public defender assigned to his case, he was led to believe that he didn't stand a chance at trial and that, in return for a plea of guilty, he would be given probation; that, upon being so informed...
