Defendant was convicted of unlawful possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver in violation of RCW 69.50.401(a). He appeals.

Four issues are presented: (1) Was the affidavit sufficient to support the issuance of a search warrant? (2) Was it error to deny defendant's request for compulsory process to secure attendance of certain out-of-state witnesses at the suppression hearing? (3) Was an item not mentioned in the search...
