This appeal involves interpretation of two separate policies of professional liability insurance issued in California to a Bakersfield law firm, Chain, Younger, Cooney, Jameson, Lemucchi and Busacca. Plaintiff Jack Nethers in his action for legal malpractice joined as defendants the two insurers, Reserve Insurance Company and Mission Insurance Company, and sought a declaration of rights under their respective policies.
