The defendant, Anthony G. Balistreri, brings this writ of error to review his conviction of endangering the safety of another, one Fred Timmermann, contrary to sec. 941.30, Stats. He was sentenced to two and one-half years' imprisonment. The prosecution arose out of an automobile pursuit of the defendant by the Milawukee police. The pursuit occurred on October 23, 1974, in downtown Milwaukee in rush-hour, weekday traffic. It ended when the defendant's car...
