After a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendant Dale Hysner was found guilty of attempting to board an aircraft while having a firearm in his possession. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 84-1.) He was sentenced to a term of one year conditional discharge.
