Saathoff appeals from the trial court's denial of his motions to intervene and to set aside a default judgment forfeiting an airplane to the State because of the use of the airplane in the transportation of narcotics in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1041. We take jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 47(e)(5), Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A A.R.S.
