Strahle Smith (claimant) has taken this appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which determined that she was liable for a "fault overpayment" of $1748 under Section 804(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. § 874(a)....
