Appellant David Lee Mosley was charged by information with possession of heroin for sale (A.R.S. §§ 36-1001, 36-1002.01) and possession of marijuana (A.R.S. §§ 36-1001, 36-1002.05). Following the denial of his motion to suppress certain physical evidence, appellant was found guilty of both counts by a jury. He then pled "no contest" to an allegation of a prior conviction for attempted robbery...
