MEMORANDUM OPINION

NEESE, District Judge.

The plaintiffs claim the defendant is liable strictly to them without a showing of specific fault and for negligent omissions. The defendant moved for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the plaintiffs' evidence.

There is evidence from which the jury might find that the machine on which Ms. Ricker was working when she was injured was sold by the defendant; that it was defective and unreasonably dangerous...
