This case involves a medical practitioner who was convicted of thirty-five counts of violation of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act of 1972, April 14, P.L. 233, § 13(a)(12) 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(12).1 He was sentenced to three to seven years imprisonment, and ordered to pay a fine of fifteen hundred dollars.
