Appellant, Walter Menosky, stands convicted of two counts of theft by receiving stolen property.1 It was alleged that Menosky had accepted delivery of thirty-two radial tires valued at $1,750.00, property which had been stolen from the McKean Oldsmobile Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
