Appellant, Leon Tony Lynn Patton, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was sentenced to a prison term of not less than ten nor more than fifteen years following his plea of no contest to a charge of burglary while armed, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-301 and 13-302C.
