MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CROWLEY, District Judge.

This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982, 1983, 1985(3), 2000d and 3601 et seq. Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint challenging the legal sufficiency of plaintiffs' allegations to state a claim for relief and plaintiffs' standing to assert any validly alleged cause of action.
