These two actions raise identical questions. Both plaintiffs filed suits against defendant on July 27, 1978, alleging failure to honor claims and pay medical bills incurred because of injuries sustained in automobile accidents. (Trimiew's accident occurred on July 22, 1975; O'Neill's accident occurred on October 3, 1975.)
