Charles Edward Atkins was found guilty in a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Frederick County of breaking and entering and malicious destruction of property. He was sentenced to three years incarceration for the breaking and entering and a concurrent three year sentence for malicious destruction of property, both sentences to run consecutive to a sentence then being served...
