This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Virginia S. Swayze, from a judgment of the Superior Court on the plaintiff's motion for contempt and the defendant husband's motion for modification of alimony and support. The trial referee, exercising the powers of the Superior Court, found that the defendant, William S. Swayze, owed the plaintiff $4877.50 in unpaid alimony, that the defendant did not have gross income in excess of $45,000 for each of the years 1975...
