This appeal by a defendant below, Roderick E. Johnson who was tried with a co-defendant before a jury, from conviction of the offenses of murder in the first degree, robbery, kidnapping, and unlawful possession of a firearm while engaged in a criminal offense. On the first of said offenses he was sentenced to life imprisonment without eligibility for parole for 25 years.
