This appeal involves a claim by plaintiff, Hugh McHugh, for real estate commission allegedly due from Leo Johnson. The case was tried without a jury. The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $15,000.00. On appeal, the Court of Appeals reversed and ordered judgment instead for defendant.
