Defendant was jury convicted of delivery of heroin contrary to MCL 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a) and conspiracy to deliver heroin contrary to MCL 750.157a(a); MSA 28.354(1)(a). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of from 10 to 20 years and appeals as of right.
