This is an action brought by Thomas C. and Alice Polley, against Hal G. and Carol J. Shoemaker to recover damages for the alleged conversion of personal property and the breach of the right to peaceable and quiet enjoyment of leased premises. At the close of plaintiffs evidence, the District Court sustained defendants' motion for a directed verdict, and dismissed plaintiffs' petition.
