Appellant was found guilty after a jury trial of possession of a stolen vehicle, A.R.S. § 13-672.01.1 On July 7, 1977, he was adjudged guilty of possession of a stolen vehicle, a felony. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years.
