This is an action brought by plaintiff Commercial Union Assurance Companies, insurer of plaintiff John Bram, in order to compel defendants, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Barton F. Sharp & Son, to extend primary liability insurance to plaintiff Lawrence Grady, Jr. The matter is before the court for a ruling on the motions for summary judgment filed on behalf of the above-named parties.
