Plaintiffs appeal from a decision of the circuit court denying their application for mandamus. The plaintiffs were dismissed from their positions as Calhoun County deputy sheriffs. Their complaint alleged that they were discharged as a result of a polygraph examination in violation of MCL 338.1726(2); MSA 18.186(26)(2).
