Appellant/defendant-cross-defendant, Northwestern National Insurance Co. (Northwestern), takes this consolidated appeal from a final judgment rendered in favor of appellee/plaintiff, General Electric Credit Corp. (General Electric), and appellees/defendants-cross-plaintiffs, Eugene and Shirley Cella (Cellas); and from a post final judgment order on attorney's fees. The Cellas have cross-appealed from the final judgment.
