Plaintiffs, Allen Coffman, Cathy S. Coffman, Albert Anderson and Twila Anderson, filed a complaint in equity on October 11, 1977, concerning a property line dispute. On November 17, 1977, the complaint was reinstated and an amended complaint was filed. A praecipe to issue a writ of foreign attachment in equity was filed on the same date and the writ issued.
