Respondent was admitted to the Bar in 1954 in the Second Judicial Department. In 1960, he was suspended from the practice of law for two years. (Matter of Silver v Olitt, 10 A.D.2d 880, and was readmitted in 1962 Matter of Olitt, 17 A.D.2d 843.)
