This is an appeal by plaintiff, the Board of Commissioners of Sandusky County Park District, for a final judgment in favor of defendant, the Annadale Scrap Company, Inc. Plaintiff sought to recover a judgment in the sum of $7,673.77 for a claim arising out of a scrap removal contract and its performance, as hereinafter described.
