The issue in this appeal is whether appellees are proscribed from bringing suit on the grounds that they are not the real parties in interest and are not authorized to practice law in the State of Arizona.

The instant case commenced with a complaint for declaratory relief filed in the superior court on August 20, 1976, by appellants Cruz to set aside a default judgment taken against them on October 16, 1975 by appellee Lusk Collection...
