OPINION BY JUDGE BLATT, January 31, 1978:

Calvin Walker (claimant) appeals here from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision denying him unemployment compensation pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 (Law), which denies benefits when an employee has been guilty of wilful misconduct.
