Plaintiff Muayed M. Rayis appeals a verdict of no cause of action determined by jury verdict in Macomb County Circuit Court, Judge Raymond R. Cashen presiding. The case came to trial on March 3, 1976. At the close of proofs, plaintiff and defendant moved for directed verdict; both motions were denied by the trial court.
